    Yep, @Strictlytoyz and I both did.

    And yeah I saw he sold out, when we were discussing hardware I went to his site to check what all was included.

    Speaking of, I had seen a post in the FB group where someone was running a regular length chassis and Gladiator links.

    I just haven't decided what silicone inserts to get.

    Checked out the Slimeballz since they had a set specifically made for the Trail Kings only to see they have a crazy list of parts to buy...was too much so I clicked out of it :rofl:

    After laying mine out tonight, I may go with the full C10 links set and not the Cbolt.
    It may give me close to 155mm and be better for the LGRP body that you're gonna paint for me.

    You're gonna want some of these next!

    I just need to get my wheels so I can get the right measurements. They're supposed to compress really well, but maintain a rigid sidewall which foams can't do.

    This is especially important when side walling.

    @Strictlytoyz
    @Deathbysnusnu

    I didn't expect to have a message so soon, but I asked Mazz via website about any specific instructions for the V3 chassis and here's what I got -

    We do not at the moment however these would be the most critical, the screws that hold everything onto the skid should be no longer than 10mm threads. Both the front and rear tray will be 6-8mm long threads and all others would be the same as the v2. Let me know if you have any other questions.
    Thanks
    Mazz

    Good info thank you. I know he mentions to use 12mm long screws for the links. This will help with everything else

    He suggests 12mm in the V2 skid for the links?

    If so, good thing I asked! Haven't seen his assembly video lately...maybe I'll check it out here shortly.

    I'd be happy to make a short video to touch on these small details that others may miss.

    Can confirm that 10mm is too short. It just touches the part where it threads in.

    I can't do that. I have to take inventory. :cool:
    Oddly enough, the shocks came with an extra set of 5 springs. Usually missing one.
    They also came pre-filled with oil, which I will be changing out as it's a bit thick.
    The drive shafts are really nice too.
    Already assembled the links.

    Looks like the UTB cage for the SCX10 might be here tomorrow, tracking says it's at the PO here in town. We'll see if the snow slows them down.
