Try re-linking the TX/RX together a few times and see if it works itself out. Maybe crack open the TX and see if it's just a loose wire on the trigger pot.

I had no issues with TX before the "fire". Just been sitting for a month

I can't imagine it would just give up the ghost after sitting. It's either not fully linking, or maybe the TX was dropped, just reaching here.
If the rates are not zeroed out upon link or startup, the throttle generally won't engage. Try the obvious first, center the throttle. If no luck, try setting the throttle a few clicks one way or the other, maybe the new ESC isn't recognizing the center of the throttle pot. Meaning, it "sees" throttle input upon startup.

That didn't take long at all. CC is first up, just testing the breakover angle on both chassis. The 64mm tires made the difference and the CC made it over just fine. Slightly longer run for the 3d Snu chassis :D. I think they are actually very close, aside from the motor tilt and slightly better LCG of the CC. It would be really cool to have a 2nd driver and follow the leader to really see any differences.
I'm gonna go back to the D-Glad link combo on this one because it's just a lot of fun. No need for two C-Bolts. I'll put up a link after I get it published.
