Mess around some, we have a couple Axial scale crawlers, I put together a Traxxas Slash with a bug body for my grilfriend and I have an Associated SC10 that I converted from a T4, both brushelss and 2S Lipos (a couple 3S packs). They're a blast at the beach. I raced alot in the past but I don't really have time to run on a competative level anymore so I sold off my "race" stuff, FTSC10 and FTB4.

You should check out the classifieds over at rctech.net. There is some demand for the "vintage" race stuff, and as clean as that aluminum tub is you could probably make a few bucks off of that rig!

I owned all Tamiya stuff, sold them all a while back. Had a 4x4 and the F1 car that was sick fast, and stuck to the asphalt like glue. Tough little bastard too, had a jeep run over it, and didn't do anything but bent the antenna.

I have a Revo and a Rustler that I used beat the crap out of.
Took the Revo to a MX track bout 2 years ago...Needs a starter motor and the engine needs to be broken down and cleaned...Don't have time
The rustler is in working order the last time I checked (over a year ago), Had an issue with it stalling when I gave it gas, haven't had time to tinker with it. We use to have a blast with em, wouldn't mind getting them back into working condition.
Anyway, here are a couple of pics of my rustler launching off a ramp I built.

Completely rebuilding my nitro rustler. The .15 engine had a shattered piston bearing(I think that's what it is) so I had to spend 100$ to buy the 3.3. I didn't even abuse the thing. Oh well, I'm painting the shocks and getting a new cover to give it that black and red look.

I wish I had a brushless Rustler. I just put a 3.3 on my Nitro Rustler

I had to rebuild the whole damn thing, everything broke on it at one time.. I barely got to run it

Ya I love the rustler. Nitro is fun, but is a ton of maintenance and down time.

I was big into RC when I was younger. I have spent thousands over my life. Fun hobby but can be expensive. I have a few 1/8 nitro buggies but havent played with them in a few years. I almost bought one of the new short course truck but I dont have the time anymore to justify spending $500 on one
