Anyone into R/C?

Just found this thread. I used to race 1/10 buggies back in the day (20+ years ago). Started with a Kyosho Ultima and ended with a Losi JRX2. I didn't have the money at the time to continue competing, so I gave it up. I'm into r/c airplanes now. Here is one of my faster planes.

You can solder them backwards though, I know from experience.

 

Oh yeah, I can see that, (again, I've just started using them on my planes/helis) I just remember the bastard one, vertical if holding flat, is hot.

A guy I fly with has a couple of those, and another, funjet I think. They are crazy fast, but I can't tell which way the're going, (orientation) wise, but I'm pretty new to flying. BTW my first real RC was a Ultima.

lol, I like how they use a stick to put the little trucks back on the bridge...because reaching up with your hands would kill the realism I guess?
