I think the actual problem may be that the iron isn't getting hot enough. It's only sort of halfway melting the solder...

    :notsure:

I'd assume your motor should be labeled Positive, Negative, and Ground

you should have info for "A" "B" "C" on the motor tabs, then you can look up ESC sequence for which is which in manual or online

There isn't anything on the motor. It's sensorless if that makes a difference

I only have one direction on my throttle channel? Trying to fix it with re-calibration.

No, just swap any two of the wires, don't mess with the radio. Motor wires.

Its like the esc will only tell the motor to go one direction... WHAT the fuck? Also, I just had a brush with the death. I turned it on and it went WOT all of a sudden and flew across the room.

So you only have forward and no reverse or vise versa? if thats the case, you need to get the esc out of its race mode. the motor wires only change the direction the motor turns.

what esc did you get? when i got my sidewinder esc, it had reverse lockout on, i was able to get it out by using the controller in a sequence of beeps rather then hook it to a computer. Was a pita but it worked, not sure your esc has that option
