    This question may have been asked before. I have a Slash 4x4 and my 5 year old wants something similar. He is tired of his Tonka "flip" car and wants something he can take to "the track with Daddy". Lol.
    I was thinking of the Stampede Grave Digger. Figure whatever he breaks I can fix, plus the batteries, charger, etc can be swapped with my set up. Anyone have any other ideas for a "in-between" RC car for a young kid? Thanks.

    If he wanta to go to the track with you i suggest something he might be able to race eventually like a slash 2wd or a rustler. theres a 12 and under class at ierc if he evr wanted to race. basically they run what ever they have.

    Have you ever charged your battery (nimh) up then discharge it then charge it back up? I did this when I owned my nimh's for my r/c trucks. It was told by MRC model rectifiers in my 977 super brain charger manual. This will help to get all the cells the same.
    Here is a good website for info and chargers. I have had the 977 super brain for about 7 years now and it chargers everything from Lipos to nicads to nimh's.

    Got the TQ in my second qualifier tonight didnt get to do the main cuz of work :( This was my first time ever driving a 2wd buggy and I LOVE IT.

    I used to have a raxxas nitro rustler and a raxxas gt? Traded them for tires. (tires turned out to be crap) how can someone take advantage of a16 year old kid? Anyways... I want to get back into the scene but don't want to spend $600. Or drive 60 miles for fuel one way lol
