Made my own lower links today out of 1/4" brake line tubing and 8/32" all thread. Then i went up to the river this afternoon and broke them in.

 

The "crawler" lineup.. Gonna start tearing down the wraith tonite and see how I wanna go about building it, not sure if I just wanna buy some decent wheels/tires and strengthen the front end or go more in depth..

Tis true and the 30+ I have there's only 4 controller's, so can't run too many at once if I had more hands. Would still be nice to have someone to run with, no one r/c's within a hour of me ..

Yeah there's a bunch of guys on there that run the Maryland Rc crawler forum, but its usually dead and there all north of Baltimore so a hour away.

 

got my short course truck back up and running. i got used to driving the summit, and forgot how fast this one is gonna have the summit, SCT, 1/10 crawler, 1/24 crawler, and phantom all up and running for the wheeling trip this weekend. i think this is the most that i've had up and running at any given time lol. the 1/10 buggy and mini quad copter are the only two that are waiting for parts.


edit: still need to rebuild the diffs on the 1/24 short course too.

 

Jeepin' it for now. Got a smokin' deal on it. Tore it up after mall crawling it a bit, plastic link bars are all torqued to shit and I think I fried a spur gear.

Ordered the Aluminum 4 link/Steering arm set up and RPP Metal gear sets for the tranny and spur gear. Haven't taken it apart yet to see what actually broke. Damn this shits addicting, Like I needed something else to blow money on.

I knew better...had a Losi XXX-NT a few years back, figured I wouldn't break as much shit on the Axial. Wrong!

 

Cms done, new motor, new body, new bumper, and waterproofed
