There are 16 ounces in a pound, 4 wheels with 12 ounces in each is 48 ounces. 48/16 is 3 pounds.

That's my planned route too. I'm moving my Holmes Hobbies motor to the SCX-10 and I'm going to give the Wraith some proper horsepower :)

Does anyone have good suggestions on a new ESC for a 17.5 touring car?

Strictly 17.5 blinky or will you ever be using it for mod or plan on boosting the 17.5?

Well, atm it's modded. I've got an outdated ESC as it is. And I'm fixing to overhaul it and make it new again.

So I'll also need help finding out exactly how many and what size bearings I'll need.

I was at snowbirds today with my buddy Mike watching him race and I noticed this Orca ESC he has and it's really nice.

Right, this will help with recommendations. An LRP Flow is always a good bet. I also like (and run) ORCA ESCs, they're pretty damn nice. Then you have Hobbywing, which model will depend on answering the question above, but even the basic XR10 Justock will do well. The Xerun 3.1 would be your top of the line, but you shouldn't dismiss the Stock Spec if that's all you need.

    For bearings, here you go:
    http://www.avidrc.com/flexkit/?kit=292&kitname=T3
    or
    http://www.fasteddybearings.com/xray-t2-008-sealed-bearing-kit/

Assuming FastEddy is correct (and they usually are), the T2 and T3 have basically the same bearings. Avid includes a thrust bearing, though, did the T2 come with a ball diff? I run T4s (bastardized 2013 and a 2015).

As for your ESC, unfortunately I can't really tell what it is... looks like an LRP maybe?

Geared diffs, and yeah I can't figure this ESC out. By the way, if you're ever selling anything let me know. Haha. Thanks for the link!
