I just paint what people ask me to paint lol. And generally people have similar schemes, it just so happens that I mostly paint for the same group of 3 to 5 people. I could take in a lot more bodies and do a lot of different designs but its way too time consuming and you dont make enough money. These are all for the same guy, in this case it is the same exact design I have painted for him before just with a new color scheme.

Pretty sure I've posted this same scheme in here lol. This is for a father son team. They run the same design just with some colors swapped around. Just finished these.

Got a new chassis for my scx10. Been figuring out how to get stuff back to like it was. This is wider than rmthe stock by couple mm.

Just want to thank you all for the help & ideas for building my dad's SCX10. Took it to him today and made him cry. :) We drove around the yard and pasture for nearly 2 hours! He insisted on putting the original Dodge body & stock wheels on so he didnt damage the Chevy body. Said he will switch back after he learns how to drive it better. He is already looking to make modifications and thinking of places to drive it. Kept mumbling about having a 2nd childhood. Was a great day!

Edit - Gotta take the pic down now so that my father can go "off the grid" again. :)

Axial Deadbolt RTR SCX10's on order. Decided to go with the very base model's offered and mod up from there.

I'm sure you will like the deadbolt. I'm still enjoying my honcho just struggling with buying a new radio so I can run the servo winch I got

So question guys. I have[IMG][/IMG] [IMG] someone who wants to trade me some RC trucks for a honda ruckus project I have. I know a little bit about them and have been slowly learning, but maybe someone here could give me a better idea on if they are any good or what they would be worth? I'd consider keep one to play with and sell the others to fund other projects. Im asking 1800obo for the ruckus for comparison.

The first is a Traxxis Slash 4x4 1/10th
-Brushless 3800 kv castle creations motor
-sv3 castle creations esc
-alignment servo (faster steering?)
-traxxas x01 axles
-aluminum knuckles on all four coreners
-aluminum adjustable rods for steering and camber
-sand tires/offroad tires
-aluminum adjustable shocks
-spare bad esc to swap for new one cheaper?
- low center of gravity chassis
-aluminum motor mount
-other extra parts
Built to be a race truck

2 Vaterra Kalaharis 4x4 1/14th
-brushless motors (4500hv)
-spare higher kv motor (6900kv)
-extra tires, gears other general parts

Spectrum dx3c remote

Forgive the large pictures. not sure how to resize them.

Meh, I don't think it's near your asking price. The Kahalari new is $150.00 and the Slash is about $450.00...so $750.00 to buy all three brand new. It's all used including the upgrades with unknown time on the electronics, so I guess it depends on your interest in the swap.

I am really starting to like fabricating my own parts. Had some strc aluminum steering links, but didn't really like them. Decided to make my own tonight.tmp_3260-IMAG0566574553801.jpg

The 2nd box is for a friend of mine.

Beers and lumber crawling ensued.

For a base rtr, I was really surprised at the out of box performance.
