my wife performed at Disney, universal studios, and nickelodeon for 3 years. so many free and discounted perks, that a day for the two of us there cost about the same as going out to dinner. we were quite spoiled. made things like buying boat motors at a restaurant a little less insane sounding.....

I can't even find another in my area or a good natural place to wheel.

    Looks like an Axial convention.

It's not Axial only. It's a local club and Proline that put it on. I would assume about 80 people started the poker run. There were probably 200 people here today. Amazing turn out. There is a small group of people who bring out the 1/6 Willie's Jeeps. Those are awesome and so slow and scale

I have a lot more but I'm camping now and tired. I did the course in 2.5 hours and on one 3S 5000mAh battery. There were still people wheeling to the finish past my camp as I was setting up my tent in the truck!

That tundra kit has been around for a while. cool truck, but terrible ground clearance.

look at rc4wd.com for some very high quality Toyota kits.

I wouldn't want it for the truck. I just like the body. :)

Wish someone made a 5th gen 4Runner body that I could fit on my Wraith.

if you want just the Toyota body, it looks like they have that in stock. could always build your own truck, or get another 1/10 scale, and just get the rc4wd body.

I'm sure you can get it to fit/mount. you'll just want to talk to RC4WD to get center to center numbers on their body, to make sure the fender wells line up decently with the scx10 wheelbase.

it can be done and look good if the wheelbases are real close to the same. Don't forget all the misc parts you'll need to complete a Tamiya body. I looked into doing this with my SCX Deadbolt but the cost is ridiculous! It was well over $100 just to get all the light buckets, bumpers, grills and tailgate. Don't ask me why the tailgate doesn't come with the bed:der:

I lost a cell in my 2s lipo last week. The truck was driving a bit odd, stalled like the remote was not working but a bumpwith my foot would get it going. I tried to drain the battery then hooked it up to balance and the charger can't find the cell and the checker shows only a single cell. Going to drop by the hobby shop soon but anyone have any suggestions. This lip is 6 month's old. And not that we'll used

I scored two RC4WD Trail Stomper bodies on fleaBay for about $40 a couple years ago. These are the lexan body, not the hard body. To get one mounted to an scx10 chassis I had to trim the bed so that the shocks and shock towers were sticking through. I was ignorant and hacked up one body.

I'm taking the other one and going for a '90s low rider meets AWD drifter. I don't remember the wheelbase, but it's at least an inch shorter than the Honcho.

Hotter than hell outside today and I had some parts show up, so I Stayed inside and moved all my electronics to the back, put my 35t Train motor back in and added a few more lights. Now I can fit my other battery up front. I really hate wiring.

In hindsight, I wish I had painted the box black.

Also, here is a crappy picture of my Dad's truck all lit up.
