Thanks. That body is a homemade mold I found on eBay. I’m trying to replicate my 1:1

 

hell yeah. I was trying to make a replica of my Tacoma.. just an older Hilux version using the tamiya Bruiser hardbody. definitely fun. I prefer hardbodies now..

 

The Mojave 2 body is awesome.



I really can’t believe nobody is producing a 1st gen 4runner body though! Mine is pretty rough, it’s going to take a lot of filler and sanding to clean it up.

 

I want a TF2 so bad. That thing is bad ass. Did you make those graphics yourself? Thats the style i want to put on mine, when i get it. lol. I need to post pictures of my Honcho, it’s about done. Time for a Mojave build.

I saw that RC4WD is releasing a 4runner, looks like it might be a 1st gen, and hopefully a hardbody. Very interested to see what it looks like.

 

Man they posted that teaser pic a while ago. If they end up making a lexan body I’m gonna be pissed

First post was January 25th and second was April of course. Then they released a lexan 1st gen tacoma body.

 

I think I might break down and get the KTT 1st gen 4Runner body. $85 though.

 

I just found that a little while ago, do you know how long they have been selling that?

 

Not sure but it says back in stock so I'm assuming they don't last. I remember looking last year but they had no stock.

 

I found some pics of it on their IG page, I don't think it looks that great for $85.

 

Can you post em? I don't have IG but I'd like to see them.
