    It's really more like to make sure your cells are at the same amount of capacity, (one cell not being more, or less charged than the other). Your little heli is powered by a one cell, (can't balance it, cause there is only one cell). You don't have to balance charge but ever so often, I balance every five cycles, and that's probablly over kill.

    As long as you have a adjustable current charger (most all do now) and the proper connectors, then yes. Just make sure of your "s" setting (number of cells) and your amperage set correct. Again most chargers will alert you if your "s" setting is wrong, with an alarm.

    I want to get an msR so bad, but noone has the batteries and I cant justify paying $30 for two bats (rtf ver) i think i am just going to get the hyporions like you did...

    I just picked up two more for my MCX, (same battery) for $10.00, brand new at a RC swap meet this morning. They are not the Hyperion brand, some off brand. I didn't realize how weak my other batteries were. I ordered three new Hyerions for my 120 SR. Now I'm getting 8-10 minutes again.
