nice, yeah I’ve only got 3 batteries for my quad at the moment I’m waiting for some more to ship off back order but was gonna just run my charger and a balance board off that outlet and recharge those 3 packs while I’m out there. My buddy’s got a new inspire 2 he’s gonna test tomorrow morning too so i can let mine charge while we goof around with his and while i mess around with the pids and get the rates and stuff dialed. I’ve got a couple of army surplus ammo boxes off eBay that i want to make a little charge box out of too.7B401A29-B78E-4A8E-9846-0EAB71EA8B65.jpgShould be fun!

Little thing I've seen at other places. Drill a hole in the side or lid of your ammo can and then put some duct tape over it to keep them dry. Should one of those lipos un-ass it would be a bomb without having a vent. But even with a vent it will become a blow torch. I keep mine in an ammo box as well.

My 1st gen doesn't have a plug in the back. I have a topper so I ran an amp sized power wire to the back with a SeaBlue block. I use the 12v source to run my charger and it's done well. I've ran 2 off of it doing a bunch 1500-2200mAh batts for the kids to run with. Just keep tabs on the truck battery ever now and then.

yep that was the first thing i did was rip that rubber gasket outta there. Definitely gives a slight puckering feeling each time i charge though but I’ll just make sure to keep an eye on it while charging

Brought home a bomber yesterday, added some supershafty trailing arms, incision steering link and vanquish anti rock sway bar. I also went ahead and removed the Spare tire.
