Spray down with some SuperClean and let it soak a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.

I was close to using the simple green but i think it is about gone at this point with the cowrc chassis wash stuff... i dont follow their directions and leave it/ blow it dry though. I rinse lightly and repeat then blow it dry and run it to make sure water is not sitting anywhere.

The purple super clean degreaser is very aggressive. I'd be careful with that stuff. Maybe dilute it in half?

Must have sprayed a bit heavier on the body as the doors and tailgate are a bit too light in comparison. Happy with the color choice though and need to go grab another can to fix my error. Overall this build is going well. I should have it mostly done by the end of the week after I return from a road trip with the wife's aunt. Happy 4th to all of yall

Built a dual rider with my nephew this weekend, got it running today with a 1080 and an old axial radio. Then i saw the dancing rider back in stock so ordered one of those. Can’t have just one. I think the fun in the trike is having two to race against each other. Haha. I was impressed the 1080 can be used when setup right without drag brake and have instant reverse. Also ordered a Ryft kit…and another money pit.

Those trikes are a ton of fun. You are right about being more fun with a second one for someone else... The most recent comp build I did left me with a bunch of leftover stuff from the previous comp build that I put it on an rtr radio setup for someone to join me....

Having my nephews for a month is a good excuse to get more toys….:D The mini-B with a Surpass brushless system rips! If your going to do the conversion, just go ahead and order extra sets of rear tires too.

I apologize if this has already been asked in here. I'm interested in getting into a beginner rc. Not looking to build anything, I'm interested in a ready to go rc. Top speed of about 20mph. Durable. I'm guessing 4wd as it would be run both on and off the street, I have a ditch thatd be fun to run in. Price range... say about 200$ max, less would make wife approval easier
    Thank you in advance

    Sad but true.

Your going to spend at least twice that for a decent 1/10 SCT or buggy. Plus batteries and a charger set up. And this is where it starts.

I'd hesitate to suggest anything less than 400 with batteries and charger. Look at arrma and the granite/senton for a solid first car

It's a Pro-Line 3520 Builder Series if anyone is curious. Body is closer to a second gen but I think it works well enough.
