Anyone into R/C?

With great speed comes the opportunity for learning throttle control or dual rate....

 

I mean, it's going from a 16T crawler motor to a 12T crawler motor. It's not like it was going to magically turn into a 6S dragster...

 

The hardest part about repairs is trying to figure out what the fiancee's cat did with the broken bull bar. I found that it was magically relocated under the wine fridge this morning.

No worries. A little epoxy and paint and she'll be ready to crash into something else. Also, Im buying a couple of Nerf guns. No reason.

 

Cat is on the run.

 

I may have ordered stuff to build a RC buggy/crawler last night...oops.

Injora Tarantula, trx4m, and some brass bits should arrive later this week.

 

The key here is to get on the cats good side. We have a cat that loves the hell out of me. I build model and he don't mess with any of my stuff. I have phone chargers and wires not touched by him. On the other hand, he is always chewing on my wifes cords and things. Its kind of comical. I was kind of mad at my wife when she had her Beats wired earbuds chewed though. It happened right in front of her and they were not cheap.

 

I don’t know…I want to build something out of the Utron. I wish Element would release the IFS2 kit already. Maybe a few builds with this setup.

 

Anyone every spray Tamiya ps-27 fluorescent yellow? I am looking to spray it on a model car. Just wondered if there is a gloss clear that can be sprayed over it and not mess it up.

Just saw Kyosho is releasing a Tacoma 1/10 RC not as detailed as the KnightRunner but probably a lot cheaper and good for those of us that may just want to buy the body.

45 mph on a 3S battery, short course platform. I'm guessing its the RC mall crawler version to knightrunner's overlander.
