I have a pair (2) of Proline Split Six beadlocks (mint cond.) with an extra pair of rings for $20, if anyone is interested. The wheels are Slash 2wd front offset, but will fit pretty much any truck with a 12mm hex.

Tire for reference only, but hell, i'll throw it in too. It actually has good tread left.

Two more Gens Ace came in today!

Off to the hobby shop tomorrow to have them convert all of my stuff over to Deans. After that, I'll actually be able to use the Blitz and SCX10!

    I see that!

I'm actually looking at going with the HPI MK.8 V2 in flat black - I need to be able to drive the damn thing first though. I won't let myself get any mods for it before I have a chance to drive it as it is.

The MK's are cool wheels also. I don't really buy mods until I break something.

I've only picked up some spare parts and some upgraded driveshafts and gears for the SCX10 since I know they're going to break very quickly.

Did you ever get the T3 running? Those were pretty tough for a full blown race model.

Thing fired right up! It's been sitting, covered in dust and spider webs for about 6 years, and the damn thing didn't miss a beat.

Currently redoing the entire front-end - turnbuckles were rusted, tons of the screws were rusted, etc...

Hopefully have her up and running this weekend or next.

On a side note, I have now chosen my preferred LHS...this place was great...

Dropped these bad boys off the LHS this morning at 10:15am, went and ran an errand for work, came back to pick them up, along with my Blitz and SCX10 that they converted for me - 45min and $10 out the door. I paid them $20 because I was so impressed with their customer service.

Incredible selection of parts, kits, RTRs, wheels, tires, bodies, etc...

Superior Hobbies off SR 436 in Casselberry, FL = awesome

Can't wait to get the Blitz and SCX10 going this weekend. I'm stoked!

Oh, also picked up a squid connector for my charger, since the one connector it didn't come with was Deans. This one has tons of options, and was only $10.

That's a sweet stack of batteries you have there, I'm a tad jelly.

Curious to see how well these batteries perform for you. Wondering what kind of runtime you'll get out of the blitz with those batts.

I have the same ones and get a solid 15 - 20 min of wheelie poppin power out of them. The Blitz will probably have a longer run time because it's lighter than the Slash.

Can't go wrong with these batts.

Thanks man! I did a ton of research and these were at the top of the list every time.

I'm curious too. I will get ridiculous runtimes out of them on my SCX10, but I'm not sure how the Blitz will do.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. I was reading on RCShortCourse.com that people were getting around 25 minutes out of them. That wasn't all-out wheelie poppin', but just general bashing, backyard fun type stuff.

^ my truck wheelies all the way up until my LVC kicks in. Maybe those people weren't using 40c packs?

Good point - all they said was Gens Ace.

At $33/ea., these things are a steal.

I can get right thirty minutes (Thunder Power 5000mah 40c), this through a Factory Team T4 on a track, with a 6.5 turn Novak Ballistic, tied to a GT7 2.4ghz controller. The sad part is I paid over $100.00 a pop for these batteries. But so far they've been great, (I've had them for well over a year) with countless cycles, they still take over 5000mah, and internal resistance still looks acceptable. I do however take care of them, never let them near LVS, balance every five cycles (overkill I'm sure), storage charge if it's to be a week or so before using.

What kind of charger do you use?

Also, what do you guys use for checking voltages/amps/etc? I need a good multi-meter. The crappy $6 one I had from Radioshack died last week.
