looking for the factory rake for a first gen - meaning what is the difference between the height of the front wheel well center arch and the rear?

    Details - 1999 Tacoma 4x4 v6 extended cab (2 door). Stockish tires about 31".

My best guess would be a 1"-2" difference.

I don't understand what you are measuring to. What is wheel center arch?

I think it was 1.5" off the lot.

@Tinmann and @bry838 I suspect your guesses are close.

@alphabravo I have been measuring from the ground to the wheel well (A). Although I see elsewhere in forums they measure from wheel center to wheel well (B).

Basically I want to know the measurements of (B) and (D) so I can calculate the difference between them and compare with my current setup. You could call it factory lift, factory rake, etc.

Yeah I've been measuring A and C but I can see why B/D is better since it isn't affected by the flat spot in the tire due to air pressure.

@alphabravo exactly, and different tire sizes would effect A/C too.

The only stock measurements I have is A/C at about 36" but that is with fender flares which might affect it slightly and the rear springs were pretty flat at that point.

You have to measure it LOADED (by a jack) and at rest on ground.
Everyone thinks about this incorrectly IF your actually planning to do ANYthing off-road, or even just drive in dips regularly ‍♀️
If your pavement princess gets a [strictly cosmetic] lift in order to technically ‘fit’ bigger tires and look cool, than that’s fine- but don’t plan to have the functionality on anything other than a flat surface You still won’t have the travel height needed.
There’s a good video explaining this...Lmc if I can find it...
