'07 Taco Dbl Cab, 43,500 miles. I have measured the brake pad remaining in mm. Average 5.4mm thick remaining. How does the dealer or brake shop calculate the percentage remaining? Ie. "You have 30% front pad remaining"

Standard is 11.5mm and the min is 1.0mm (I have 5.4mm)

Also do they give you a brake rotor remaing %. Front rotor (disc) measures 27.7mm

Standard is 28mm and min. is 26mm
