Why do you think it's better than Bestop exactly?

    Reserected from the dead.
You don't have to remove the sides to fold it flat. 90 seconds to fold a Soft Topper out if the way and have full use of the truck bed.

Also under 5 days from ordering to delivery to your door step.

I like the looks of the Best Topper, but the ST was just better looking to me and more convenient.

Trout opener in 2 weeks. I'm catching it THIS TIME.
Hopefully, I'll be standing at Bridgeport Reservoir with a stupid look of satisfaction on my face. Fish in hand.

Count my vote for softopper. Softopper and Bestop are probably the most popular. I think there's a can back (or something like that brand) that's pretty pricey.

I think softopper looks the cleanest and fits the best.

    Softopper is nice.

The hinge points at the middle bottom of the hoop section protrudes about 2" into the bed on both sides. Made it difficult to get my paramotor in there, as the hoop is only about 1" narrower than the bed itself. Other than that, I've had no issues with the top. I like it!

I'm thinking about buying one of these, is one sturdier then the other? Or are they all pretty tough? One of the main reasons I want one is for my dogs.

I think the canback is the strongest. I think its sturdy enough to mount a RTT on it.

But the softopper works great for me and my husky.

Anyone know if there are discounts/coupons for softoppers on here? I did a brief search but didn't find one.

bestop doesn't list a top for a 3rd gen. only a tonneau cover. I've never seen any sale on softoppers. the only place to buy them new is from the manufacturer.

I had a softopper for several years on my 2nd gen. Super handy, no problems.

Like others, Softopper. Minimal water intrusion even through daily Florida thundershowers. Bought mine and hit the road for a two-week trek last summer. Kept all our gear dry. I still have full use of the bed for moving stuff when I retract it. 10/10 would buy again.
