    Yes
His linked in says he’s employed at the VA and the wrist band is an employee band not a patients.

Thing that makes me thing patient is the allergy marking on the band.
Also, y'all mods might want to think about scrubbing or editing the wrist band pics due to the info on them that could cause some liability issues.

I deleted the wristband because it may have included too much information.

I can't say how I know this, but he isn't a VA employee. He could be a contractor or part of a Veterans Service Organization.

However, he is at the Salisbury VAMC https://www.va.gov/salisbury-health-care/ as a massage therapist.

Note that no weapons are permitted on VA property, and a violation is prosecuted as a federal felony. Just FYI. Attack with your words.

Hmmm...I'm not aware of us having a wrist band system for employees. We do have one for patients to explicitly make sure that the correct procedures are performed and medications given.

Could that be a 'current' local hospital policy to verify (covid) screening of people going into the facility??
    And, not an employee band?
ED = Emergency Department. Maybe he was at the hospital.

I’ve just never seen a medical band with a picture on it. I could be wrong but like I said his linkedin mentions being currently employed there. Who knows it’s all speculation I suppose.

He could very legitimately been in the ER. Again, wristband systems are designed around accuracy for patient care. A VAMC can also have an ER department, as we (the VA) often provide emergency and overflow care to local communities (our 4th mission). The band also had a particular personal identification on it that is known to still remain in the wristband system, further leading me to believe that this was a patient band.

    However...

VA clinics and medicals centers all have quest wireless networks for wifi connectivity (because you can't get cell service in the middle of a Farraday cage), so telling people that you can't have a cell phone there is kinda sketchy. I took my cell phone into my last bout of MRIs (it was stored away from the magnet) but I was cruising TW in the waiting room.

This all seems fishier than a Lenten Friday.

    Oh look, another mod....
Damn, with all the information that the Scooby Doo Detective gang has dug up on this guy I'm shocked no one has found out his place of birth, mothers maiden name or the name of his 7th grade science teacher.

I'm picturing this guy getting his disguise ripped off, then yelling out "I would have gotten away with it, if not for you meddling Tacoma World kids!"

We suggest paying the extra fee for goods and services. Friends and family leaves no protection for the buyer.
