I had to remove my door panel and speaker for a little paint-less dent removal and when I went to reinstall the speaker, the screw/bolt just spun. It never even tightened up, it stripped out from the removal of the screw. They seem to be very soft and turn into powder when a screw is removed, not like a traditional snap-in grommet. I don’t want the speaker to rattle so I’ve been searching for hours to find the stupid little grommet that the screw threads in to, but I can’t find it. I found this thread talking about the same part for a 2nd gen: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/speaker-nut-grommet.628891/)

It looks like the same part but when I punch that number into one of the many online stores for OEM parts, it says it doesn’t fit a 2018.

Anyone know the part number for that grommet??
