    Access cab Sport model but I still want to put a second battery here instead of next to the existing one due to stress on the thin aluminum up there. If I knew what this is I could at least search on the website properly...

    Brakes were around long before ABS was added.

    That looks like a lot of work. You could always drop the spare and put a bracket for the extra battery in that space....:anonymous:

    Is there a reason why you would need a second battery? Is someone else doing the work? I think with all the jokes on here we’re trying to tell you not to mess with a vital part of your truck without having much knowledge of what it does/what it’s for.

    Loop the lines like a heater core . Jump the wires to send the signal back so it won’t throw any lights on the dash . Or just burn out the warning lights on the dash by quickly turning your ignition on and off over a thousand times .
