Anyone know where I can get a cad file of the under front seat air vents? I'm trying to make a custom noggle adapter to make the vents/AC actually hit my kids when they're sitting in the back seat.

the ven I need specific dimensions / Cad file of: https://imgur.com/a/Uutb1Dm

I only have a tape measurer and it's damn tough to get some exact measurements of this thing since it's under the seat with ~3" of clearance. It's approx. 0.75" x 6" but I'm trying to model an adapter to 3d print and would like to get better dimensions for it if I can.

If anyone knows where I can get the part for cheap, a cad file, or a 3d model of it I'd really appreciate it.

Tape measure is fine, just mold an oring groove into your adapter to take up any slop.

It does work but it'd be nice to have the exact dimensions.

Yeah, I think it's going to be hard to get a CAD file of any area of our trucks.

Um, calipers? I have a set that can measure that to the thousandth.

However, that requires you to do, um, work.

    Yeah
Check thingiverse and shapeways, it’s possible someone else has already made what you’re planning to.
