Anyone know where I can get my hands on a Tacoma frame CAD file?

I'm looking to make some armor and having the frame would help me out immensely with dimensions. I could always use the old fashion way of sketching an measuring but I like the idea of modeling these ideas. I plan to design the armor using solid works and thought about how helpful it would be to have a model of the truck to use when making these things. I figured I'd ask, though it is unlikely that Toyota has released the file of their truck seeing as it is intellectual property.

I also enjoy running simulation on the things I design and feel like this would also help me optimize the designs. I really don't want any excess weight if it's not needed. This might be a long shot but thanks for reading!

You might find it from someone doing just what you are but after all the work I doubt I would give it away.

Either take your time post on all the forums and wait.
