My truck never came with the passenger side wheel liner (the black piece of rubber that goes right in between the wheel well and engine) and i've had one hell of a time trying to find one online. The dealer quoted me at over $200 for the part but im pretty sure they thought i meant the plastic that covers the entire wheel well.

This is on a 2001 Xtra cab TRD 4X4 if it makes any difference.

if its the same one as mine, there are two of them on the passenger side (only one on the drivers). Cruise control and ABS determine if its a one piece or two according to the diagram. They run about $15-20 for each one if split, or $30-40 if one piece, plus the clips needed, which are another $1 each * 11 (it looks like)

Go to http://www.toyodiy.com/ and enter in your vin number. The part your looking for is under Body/Front Fender Apron and Dash Panel. Once you get the part number, you can go to any of your favorite places to order it (toyotapartsales.com, toyotapartszone.com, your local dealer, etc)

On my parts list for my year and options, the part numbers are 53738‑04020 (LH), 53738‑04040 (RH-FT), 53738‑04030 (RH-RR), and 90080‑46327 (clips). They are listed as "53738D Seal, Front Fender Apron to Frame, Front"

You might be able to make your own out of rubber that you can pick up at The Home Depot or any hardware store. They usually carry that stuff in a roll for making gaskets, ect. Then you could get the snaps that secure them at Toyota for cheap. Just a option...;)
