Why would you jeopardize your truck and your life for that? What if the police opened fire and shot the Tacoma driver, because he/she was in the line of fire?

    Not too smart.

I did get a laugh out of the summer salt window crawl though.

Typical day in L.A. What is really surprising is that somebody decided to get involved.

It's debated, but that's the general consensus.

May really be the Bible (hey ... it is a book and many quotes come from old books). Still, people who agressively argue the source of wise words apparently missed the point of "wisdom". Cheers, friend.

There was no argument. I was just sharing the info that the exact source is not 100% known.

Why would you jeopardize your truck and your life driving in the same city as a grey large Nissan

Innocent people frequently die in these police pursuits when the criminal plows into their vehicle in a head on collision at a high rate of speed, I think the risk was greatly worth the reward in this particular case. It’s just my opinion, but now more than ever we need more people stepping up like this guy did.

some states or cities forbid or restrict chases for just this reason, to avoid injury or death.

    Work in progress...
We don't know who the driver of the Tacoma was. We don't know what he was thinking. We can watch and rewatch the video. We can rewind and fast forward. We can write up what we think and what "I would have done." Oh we can go back and edit that after we see what it looks like and what others think of it. We weren't there, we don't know if the guys family was in car in front of his truck. We don't know if the had just binged watch all the Death Wish movies. We can cleverly say what "I would have done" but we were not there. It looks like there were no major injuries or worse. Maybe God was involved, I don't know. One more intersection and the suspect could have hit a family headed to Disneyland. I am not recommending you to go out looking to get involved in police chases etc. This could have gone wrong for sure, but this time it worked. ...anyways just my $.02
