50 leaves will give you 50 answers. Depending on geographic location and dealer and time.
Best bet is to call dealer for your exact deal.

Biggest volume dealer will typically give lowest lease rates...at least without having to negotiate for 2 hours.

    None yet.
After I totaled my Nissan Frontier back in June, my wife surprised me with a 2018 SR DCSB 4x4. It was leased and I don't think she had to put much, if anything down.

    Hello.
I will offer you what was given me here by a few people when I asked if my lease deal (that I thought was pretty good) was any good. Here is the "jist" of what I got back (please correct me if I am wrong)...

Take the money down (if any), add it to the total lease money (monthly payment X's number of payments) and add that amount to the buy out price at the end of the lease. If that amount is more than $2K or so more than the total cost of the vehicle to buy, it isn't a good lease deal. Simply put...

If (money down + (monthly payment X number of months) + end of lease buy out price) is >$2K more than total cost to buy truck = NOT a good deal.

    Hope this helps...

    Peace.

    Rich

Never put money down on a lease, your throwing that money away. If the payments are too high, negotiate the sale price more which will lower the payment. Which model are you looking to lease?

I would think so. I'm paying more for my lease. But at the end of it, I'll still owe less than what the car will be worth.

But paying more just means you didn’t negotiate as well, it does not change the residual.

I lease my 18 Sport Premium 6MT. No money down, dealer paid first payment, and got running boards/blacked out emblems installed. $360 a month. 3yr/36k lease. tier 1 credit rating. Could probably get a better deal than that if you tried but my time is more important. Will be buying mine out before lease is up because I love this truck so much lol.

Leased mine for $355 a month with nothing down and them paying first months payment. Off-road crew cab long bed with tech package. Residual is 27500. Should be worth about 30 so will have some equity if I don’t keep it. 3 year 36000 miles.

That would explain the low payments.

Hi. I’m considering a lease of a 2018 TRD Sport DCLB 4x4 with Premium Pkg and Tech Pkg. MSRP is $41,595 and dealer price is $38,147. Not sure about money factor (credit rating is 800+) or residual value. Can anyone give me a ballpark estimate of what I would be looking at?

    Thanks,
    Eric
