    I think it's cool sometimes.

I'll just listen to the engine and how everything sounds. It's especially nice when you just fixed something and you know you did it right.

With some of the crappy music they play nowadays, yes. More often than not. I guess I'm becoming an old fart. :p

x2 I've usually got the news radio playin softly in the background to check traffic and weather or not on at all.
That 6 disc changer has one CD in it and I only put the disc in to make sure the CD player worked!

I listen to sports radio so I guess I really don't need to turn it off. There isn't really any music.

I don't listen to the radio and so it's off the majority of the time I drive. When I do turn it on, I only listen to my CDs. I don't even own an iPod or mp3 player. I do have an iPhone , but no music on it at all, only games and other cool apps.

If I'm lost or not sure exactly where I'm going I turn it off. For some reason when I have the radio on, I can't concentrate on looking for where I'm going unless it's some place that I drive to routinely. My tiny brain can only support so many functions at once and with driving, breathing, looking etc. , the last thing I need is the radio on.
