    Moving to Bullhead City area from Nebraska for work (90 percent sure). I like the desert and don't mind heat, so that helps. I lived in El Paso for 4 years as well.

    I'm gonna rent for a year or so before looking at buying to get a feel for the place, but wondering if there are any areas to avoid living. I know it's not that big a city, but any insight would be much appreciated.
