Anyone make rock sliders without steps, just the sliders?

Anyone make rock sliders without steps, just the sliders? Most of the available sliders serve dual purpose, slider protection and as a step. I'm wondering if there are sliders simply for protection?

 

There are special sliders available with dual-protection features.
They protect your truck cabin when offroading, and they protect your back and knees when getting in and out of your truck.


But in seriousness, most sliders function as steps regardless, because the only way they protect is if they are placed down and out to the side.

Getting a local guy to weld on a simple Steel Tube shouldn't be wallet killing, tho.
