Anyone Making/Selling Pre-wired RTMR Fuse/Relay Blocks?

    I'm thinking of installing a GMRS radio and maybe lights down the road and this is all totally new to me. I have never messed with electrical stuff in my vehicles beyond the plugs already there.

    After a bunch of reading it looks like some sort of RTMR Fuse/Relay Block in the engine compartment is the way to go. I've seen several install threads here and some members were offering pre-wired/mounted stuff but those threads all look rather old with dead links or closed buys.     I know I can do all this myself, but having something pre-wired would be ideal. Is anyone still offering this?
