Anyone in the greater Snohomish county area familiar with changing the height setting on Bilstein 5100’s that could give me a hand? They’re on the lowest setting right now and I just want to move them up a notch or two but I’ve never used a spring compressor before and don’t want to mess anything up. I’ll come to you.

yeah I kinda figured, but it never hurts to ask. Gonna have to call around and see which shops have a clue what they’re doing

Most shops will do it if you take them off the truck for cheap or you could just order newer coils and get your lift without raising the notch.

You don't need a spring compressor. Google "no spring compressor method". Just did this on my GF's 4runner. Was very easy and safer than most spring compressors. If your just trying to move the ring to the next level you may be able to do it once the springs unloaded instead of having to dick around with getting it on a bench.
