    nix 08dctacoma from that list. just told me today he's not going to be able to make it this weekend....so it'll be just me and u eddie...

    everyone have a cb or walkie to talk on while riding??

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    i think i have a pair of little handheld walkies that i'll bring, if i can find them.

    i talked about 3.5 miles today on my cheap ass lil setup that i have...$30 for the cb, $20 for the antenna and mount, and $18 for an 18' coax...so not too shabby. hopefully i'll be sporting a new black, lowprofile, and hopefully 10" wide toolbox at the meet as well. so i'm going to have to remount my hi lift and antenna. i havent gotten to everything that i've wanted to do so far b/c of the weather. hopefully in the morning i can get some more stuff done.

    i wish it were a lil bit louder...oh well. i tried hooking my ipod up to the speaker, but it didnt work too well. i was impressed w/ the 3.5 mile range today though...and that was through trees and hills.

    hell yeah.....3.5 miles is pretty damned good. im not gonna get a walkie set just yet....but ive been looking at them. definitely gonna get a set pretty soon for hunting(and they will come in handy for this also.).

    yeah..i've got a cheap either motorola or uniden set around the house somewhere. the kiddoe would play w/ them and leave em on and freak out the wife when someone started talking on them from outside..haha

    my tool box came in today as i was leaving to go to work...so now i've got to remove the hi lift and antenna, then mount the box, then remount the antenna and hi lift to it....should be fun fun
