Ive been seeing alot about this plasti dip stuff lately, and always wanted to get black bushwacker fender flares but cant afford them right now. So in the meantime I want to plasti dip them for the look. Has anyone tried this? If so pictures? And does it last or stay on pretty well. Thanks

What about stock nerf bars? And is there any special prep for chrome?

If anyone steps on the nerf bar to get on, they'll peel the dip in no time.

I did mine. I wanted to see what they looked like before I had them painted, or I spent half the day replacing them, and then not liking the look.

    Stock for now.
You could always just plastidip your fenders and use it as a primer. Then hit it with paint if you want. Its a good way to test colors out. Dont like it? Peel it off, but.it doesn't come off as smooth as just plastidip alone.
