Anyone put seats in the bed of a 3rd gen yet?

i have been 100% not holding on to anything and fully in the air while riding in the back of a truck when the driver got a little nutty going up a sidewalk cut out in a ally. was scary as fuck but somehow landed back in the truck. sometimes i wonder how im still here.

 

Sad, but happens. Same happened to me and a bunch of friends in high school. We TP'd our math teachers home and as he came out we all piled into vehicles, about 5 of us were in the back of one of the trucks, a 2wd toyota, and as he skidded around a left corner, he hit the curb and launched us all on to the lawn of the corner house. Luckily no one got hurt.

 

Lol got some bean bags in mine but going legit with recaro buckets and 4 point takata harnesses.

Seems to me i recall reading that Subaru put the seats in the bed on the Brat to get the vehicle classified as something other than a pickup truck. They did this in order to beat some import duty regulations in effect at the time. Believe I read it in Road and Track issue when Brat released. (yes I am that old). Can't find my car keys but remember crap like this.
