Just trying to see if it’s even feasible to get around on the highway with this setup. I will eventually be getting 255/85’s but was wondering if my current setup would be bearable right now. I don’t mind doing 3k rpm on the highway, but if it’s hitting something like 4K at 80mph then that’s just too much.

Anyone have experience with this combo, or is it too stupid? Lol.

Thanks bubbles! You’ve always been so wise...

2700 at 70 sounds just fine. How much of a difference would you say the 4.88’s make? I really want to turbo this thing but I feel like the 4.88s may just be enough. I’m not entirely sure I’m ready for the headache of boosting a 2TR with no turbo kit and no easy way to tune. Lol
