    I really like the stock off road kevlars and the quietness of them and also capability. But I have yet to see anyone running bigger versions of them. I am looking at getting 265/75/16 in them. Any pics of these tires would be appreciated. Perhaps I looked over them in the forum but I searched.

    You probably won't get many replies to this. The stock Goodyear All Terrain Adventures w/kevlar are nearly universally hated with a deep dark passion around here. Personally I love them. As long as winter time performance is acceptable, I will replace mine when the time comes with another set of the kevlars. They are quiet. Have excellent resistance to hydroplaning. Don't pick up many rocks. Are lightweight (good mpg, acceleration, braking). And do just fine offroad, including mud. I say if you like the ones you have then go ahead and get the larger ones. These tires have surprised me with their capabilities. Too bad others don't give them a chance.

    I have the C-Rated versions of the Kevlar Wrangler on my F150. Great tires. Totally underrated on this forum, because “bros” have a hive mind and “stock=bad” and “gnarly sidewall tread=good”.

    I got sucked in myself and K02’d my Taco. Still not convinced it was an upgrade, but looks more bro for sure.

    I’ve been thinking of trying them out in a larger size as well. The C-Rated (LT) versions appear to have a deeper tread as well if you went that way.

    A buddy of mine has an LT set on his Frontier in 265/75/16 and they look awesome. He’s been running them a couple years without issue.

    Seriously though, I agree with you that they are underrated. Looks are not everything, nor are looks a predictor of performance.

    Darn....I’m getting worried. It may take some amber Squadron Pros and a Factor 55 winch hook to fix all the damage I’ve done.

    Vote has been taken It was an unanimous decision. Full bro status has been restored in light of your most excellent review complete with pictures of the RCI rear bumper. Congratulations. Your bro certificate, suitable for framing, will be sent via snail mail and you should receive it someday.

    @Bigc2029

    In all seriousness, the kevlars are great all around tires(pending winter time use evaluation for me) that don't get any respect around here. They don't excel at any one task but will do any reasonable task well or at least good enough. The Lt versions do have a deeper lug depth than your P version. If you like what you have now and are pleased with their performance, I wouldn't hesitate to go larger. My only real complaint is that they tend to understeer in mud. Not bad but more than Duratracs would in the same conditions. I've had 3 sets of c rated Duratracs. For my needs the kevlars are 85% of the Duratracs off road and have better on-road manners.

    I may have said it here... Somewhere.... But I like my stock GY Kevlars. I've driven them on the road wet and dry and they are great. I've only done some "easy" (might as well say barely) off-road with them so far. I am going to assess them a little further this weekend. I finally have some time to do what my truck WANTS to do.

    I know I can put a bigger tire on my truck without any mods and I might even consider the same tire... only a little bigger.

    Fresh gas.
    I was very happy with my Kevlars. Winter and off-road - they outperformed my expectations for stock tires! Ran mine till they wore out and replaced with ProComp AT Sports.
