Yeah that's a tough call with the 16's. Some brands rub the calipers, some don't, so you're doing the right thing by asking if anyone has them.

I may just go with 17s just to steer clear of the caliper issue all together

glad I found this thread. I've also been trying to find out if these wheels fit our trucks in a 16". I think 4banger09 answered the question-thanks. wheelsforless.com has the ion 133 for $126 a piece and the 174's for $112 a piece plus free shipping! Sounds like a good deal for a good looking wheel.

just thought I'd share some info on the Ion 174's for those interested. I bought a set of 17's used for 300 bucks and found some used 285's for 80 bucks. When I went to bolt em on, my caliper was in the way. Not the height but the width. Theres a ridge on the outside of our (2nd gens) caliper that has to be ground down some. But be careful not to grind to far or you'll find brake fluid . I made the mistake but I'm blaming my cousin lol. All I had was a flap disk on my grinder and was not making much progress so he said "why don't you put on the cut off wheel and just cut it off". So I thought, eh, might as well, and went to cutting flush with the caliper. Needless to say I cut to deep and a new one was 80 bucks plus my core. So next day I brought my grinding wheel and took care of the problem, and now they fit and look awsome! I'll try to get some pics up soon

yes I was and they didn't rub after some trimming but they only had about .25" tread left. I now have a new set and a lift.
