I just went out and measured mine the same way and I am at 34.00 inches up front and 36.25" in the rear stock. Seems like quite a difference. So according to your measurements you gained over 4" of lift up front setting your 5100s to 2.5" over my stock height and you gained over 3" of lift in the rear with a 1.5" aal? Just don't seem to add up to me.

So does anyone know how much height they actually gained by installing a 1.5" aal? Measuring from ground up to fender through center of wheel.

The difference may be the difference in the OD of our tires. Mine are 31.5". I actually got exactly 1.5 in back with the AAL. It was right at 38 before AAL. It has been on there for nearly 6 months now & still same measurement - 39.50". Front was 35.25 on drvr side & 35.75 on passenger side with taco lean. Added the Toytec 1/4" leveling spacer to drvr side when going with 5100s to even it up. Both sides now 38.25. My beginning measurements were actually with base model tokicos & base model springs(not sure if any different from TRD ones)

5100's all around, fronts at 1.75". TSB leaf pack + Toytec TSB AAL
Correct, running stock UCAs. Everything is aligned to "within spec". I did get the spec sheet, and from what others have said, the numbers look OK. The only vibes I had/have are a small shudder during take-off, right around 5mph-7mph. tacomaman06 hooked me up with some carrier bearing spacers, which drastically lessened the shudder, but it is still slightly there.
