    hey guys, I'm a long time lurker, first time poster here. i'm in the market for a first gen tacoma and came across this one. has anyone seen a bumper like this before? it looks like the bumper and tailgate have been replaced... why would someone want a flat bumper like this?

    its more common on lowered trucks and are called roll pans.

    i've seen those type of rolled bumpers on slammed trucks. IMO, not a fan of it on a truck like that.

    Bingo! However, roll pans look flipping sweet with a tube bumper wrapped around them in some fashion!
