Go to an offroad place or go to a metal/fab shop tell them what ya want and go from there.

Looks kinda like a demello bumper...http://www.demello-offroad.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=27_24&products_id=70

    1) Contact Demello
    2) Tell them you want to customize their winch bumper
    3) Tell them to add plates to the front and sides.
    4) ???
    5) PROFIT!

I don't know how demello prices, but im guessing it'd be close to $1000. demello is one of the more expensive fab shops for armor because they have a great reputation. you could probably go to a fab shop and have them make you one for cheaper.
