And they reused the scene from earlier where the super heep was driving off dragging the winch cable behind them. Also, it was kinda silly that they had the Meth Brothers supposedly pissed off at the super heep guys for "almost" running the bald one over, and yet they still stopped to pick up the super heep's anchor to return it.

Also...didn't the long-haired brother say he did time in prison or something? If so...why was he carrying a gun?

Okay. I guess it happens out there when people are tired and are all keyed up from the obstacles. Guess that just makes the Meth brothers cooler than I thought if they really were pissed and still stopped to pick up the guy's anchor instead of making him go back to get it himself. :D

In fairness, they do seem pretty cool about helping other wheelers out when they are having trouble and they seem to get offended when the others don't show the same consideration. I don't think I'd mind wheeling with them.

Rich Rudmann said a few thing early on in another forum that chapped my ass. Carl is growing on me. Not so much from the show but from conversations outside the show. Same with Jason. The others, not so much for me.

According to the show and several participants, SuperJeep was not even in the neighborhood of hitting that Leigh brother. And the truth is, SuperJeep was the only crew apparently prepared for a winch site without natural winch anchor points. He sure could have gotten himself out (after the guy in front of him), packed up his toys (land anchor) and then left the others to fend for themselves. It is supposedly a race after all. The show might have lost some interest with only two crews left in the running though. Hell, in a real race, the Leigh brothers would have been out when they lost the tire in the rocks in EP #2. They required help to repair their rig, something nobody offered to Jason (though it was actually too late-he had burned the crank bearings all to hell). TO each his own. lol

    Isn't reality (cough!) TV fun....?

Yes HE IS! haha That is Jason's navigator Glan.

Yeah Jason was on there a bit early on. I haven't seen him comment there in a while. He is busy starting to rebuild the engine in the rover.

You can find him on FB @

Had the brothers not picked up that anchor I have a feeling they wouldn't be getting any further help from anybody. That would have been a real retard move considering it was left for all to use where they had no other option.
