anyone slammin? who has some subs?

ya i'm always wanting bigger lol and that w7 is sick. my truck just got broke into at my dealer and my rockford R500 was stolen and instead of turning it into the insurance the audio shop they go through ended up hooking me up with a free JL slash 1000/1 so we didn't have to turn anything into the insurance and now i need to go bigger sub wise

 

I recently had a 12'' M-series Memphis sub that I upgraded to a JBL audio 12W0v2. Running it on a memphis 500 watt monoblock. by far the best sounding sub i've heard in a while. It fills my access cab up nicely.

 

wel i had a pair of 10 inch kicker comp subs with an 800 watt amp. loudest thing at my school. now in my truck i have one 8 inch sub. kinda miss that.

 

i love bass. it's an addiction

 

Once you have a system, you cant go without one! There should be a warning label on all subs and amps! haha.

I went from 4 ported Tang Band 6.5" subs to some Elemental Designs 8's. I really really like the 8's. Much better suited for the space available.

The ported ones are 6.5's. They actually weren't all that loud. There were problems with the ports. I had to compromise a little on the design to get them to fit. The dual 8's hit way harder!

 

I've got mine mounted with a custom aluminum bracket.

2 IDQ 12's behind the back seat. (Actually 1 at the moment because one of the magnets delaminated)

 

If anyone is slammin I bet it's mumbels. Two 12's in a double cab has to be crazy.

 

i am rockin a JL 13TW5 and i love it!!! I had the RF P3, this thing blows it out of the water!!!! I still need to reconfigure my amp set up. Not too bad for hooking it up in a hotel parking lot if you ask me!!!

 

Thanks, I might have some SQ but I would think Sproulesxrunner would boom a little louder.

If I ever get my sub back I might get a chance to actually tune it all.
