I would put it on the top of that list. If you want to save money get Autopal "200mm H6054 HL-109 H4 EURO CONVERSION HEADLIGHTS" - on ebay it is something like 26 dollars for a pair including bulbs (but do not use these bulbs - they are crap, buy Sylvania or Phillips H4 bulbs). I have bought them 7 or so years ago thinking some rock will kill them, but they are still in one piece and reflector is still shiny. O course no water or condensation. I still could not believe that for 13 dollars a piece they will last long so bought a pair of Hella as a backup - these Hella's are still in the box.

My biggest regret was that I waited more than 10 years to do the swap. It would saved me so much frustration with broken grill clips or driving home with "one eye" when H6054 lamp burned while going back from the office at night. Actually that $hit would not pass in Poland. If you get pulled with burned bulb in Poland you should be able to replace it on the side of the road or stop driving it at night.

If the bulb goes yellow it does not mean that the bulb is bad. It is possible that light socket got corroded or any wire connection in the light circuit. You can take out the bulb out of the lamp and whit lights on check the voltage on the bulb and compare it to the voltage on the battery. Even 1 Volt drop will make a visible difference in bulb's brightness.

I guess I could test that but I wonder if it's the age of the bulbs. They're not as white as when they were newer. I suppose I'll just have to go buy a pair of new ones and answer my own thread. You can see I try to keep those lenses clear as possible.

I bought a set of Siverstar Ultra 9003s and installed them yesterday. They're definitely whiter than what I had but I haven't had the chance to see how they do at night.
I've been reading all these folks who say they burn out too soon like after a few months to a year. That's exactly what they all said about the regular Silverstars I just pulled out of my headlights yesterday and shelved because although they aren't as white as when new, they haven't yet burnt out-after twelve years. Since my truck is an occasional driver and barely at night, I figure these will last a good long time.

I have clear aftermarket garbage with silverstars. They look cool but I cannot see sh*t. I ordered factory style from Rock Auto and I can’t wait to put them in....
