Keyword cash, just cause they can finance $67k doesn’t mean they’re smart or a different bracket than you. The FB group literally see people mentioning $860 a month truck payments parked outside their trailer. Just saying.

He's referring to how effortlessly it can cut off other vehicles from the No. 1 lane to the offramp.

Aren't these things supposed to be having major engine troubles just like the Tundra is? I swear I just saw a video on IG of a brand new 24 with HEAVY rod knock just sitting there at idle.

67-70K for a truck which has a turbo 4 banger that appears to be sitting on a 2nd Gen frame, you can keep it.

Oh no, nevermind. I rescind my last comment. The video I saw was of the Tundra. They look the freaking same, what do you want me to say. Lol. I just saw photos of the boxed frame. It's about time they did that. I'll still take a V6 over the 4 banger turbo, and they can still keep them for that price. I know the governmental regulations probably mandated the implementation of a tiny motor with FI, but I still feel that Toyota heavily missed the mark on these.

Unless the other driver is in another hybrid Tacoma. The Pro still makes the same power as the rest of the hybrids.

Toyota needs to find a way to increase the engine performance on the Pro. Halo trucks should have more horsepower and torque.

A ringing endorsement comparing a $70K performance truck to a 1978 Coupe De Ville!

Not so sure....I had my truck at the dealer this week for the axle spatter recall and my salesman was humping my leg trying to get me to trade my '23 Pro in for a '24 Pro that he said that he would sell for MSRP. Could be typical salesman shenanigans...but he assured delivery by end of the Summer.

    Per Wikipedia:

"For 1977, the lineup included the two-door Coupe de Ville for US$9,654 ($48,540 in 2023 dollars [3]) and four-door Sedan de Ville for US$9,864 ($49,596 in 2023 dollars "

So a Toyota pick up costs almost 20k more than an aspirational vehicle from a generation ago. Not relative to anything, just crazy to think that people used to work a lifetime to reach for a Caddy, and today that same amount of money buys you a stripper OR Tacoma.

Would you happen to know how long it’s taking GST to process them?

No, I asked the guy there a few weeks ago how many were sitting at the port since I had a theory that ports are slow rolling them to the dealers. He stated that there were lots and lots in every direction. Now take that how you will, but GST is one of the distributors that is known for adding a ton of port options so I would assume they take a little longer to process.
