I was pleasantly surprised to see my carmax/Carvana trade in appraisal when I was looking this weekend.

I definitely “love” my truck, but I have been thinking lately about what I could buy instead just to switch it up and possibly get my sports car fix.

Don’t know if anyone else is considering trading, It’s probably more fun to look than it will be to actually make the switch, but the idea that I drove the truck for 2+ years and 40,000 miles only to lose $2500 on a trade is pretty cool.

That being said, I see used Tacoma’s are commanding a serious premium at dealers

What was your offer for 18 OR? I only got 27k for my 17 DCSB OR with 40k miles. Then again, i just picked a random zip code in California because my Seattle zip didn't have the option.

    Carvana was $31.2k I believe.

Carmax was $29k so really not that far off from you.
