Eh the usual. Mostly things about bad driving, being short, squinty eyes, making electronics, cooking Chinese food, having a small you-know-what...Actually, story time. Few weeks ago, my gf was working with her ex's brother and he asked her "How do you like that tiny Asian ****?" and she replied, "Well its much bigger than your brother's so..."

Stop hanging out with stupid people.

There are people who have no clue how suspension systems work, the impact of wheel travel on traction, and the differences between an open, limited slip, and locked differential. They say things like "Chevrolet is the only truck that will get thru that mud".

I saw a dodge 2500 diesel 4x4 stuck in some wet grass a couple weeks ago. I offered to pulll them out and the old man just laughed and said no way was my little truck going to pull out his 9,000 pound truck. When I drug him up onto the asphalt his wife ran over thanked me and gave me a hundred dollar bill :D

    Stock for. Ow
I had a guy at work ask me when I was gonna buy a real truck and get something bigger than my taco

My response: “ I’ve got a crew cab Cummins flat bed that pulls tow duty, wanna hook your cute little tundra to it and see what happens”

2 totally different trucks that serve 2 totally different purposes

Disclaimer: no offense to Tundra owners, I like those trucks but needed to shut that fool up lol

I think the current Tacoma is roughly the size of the old T100.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
It's because they are baby trucks in comparison, lol, the tow ratings suck, the payload sucks, it's basically a car with a bed. I love my Tacoma, but it's not the most practical for truck stuff compared to other rigs. Tacomas are a niche market, sorta like the Jeep Wrangler, majority of people don't buy them to haul things, rather to look cool and get around on bad roads, plus the smaller size makes them more user friendly in small parking areas.

As far as off road goes, they'd be superior to a full size in almost every category simply because they're smaller and lighter, can fit more places and won't sink in soft terrain as easily. Blows my mind how many people try taking heavy ass 1 ton diesels on beaches, sand dunes, and mud. As far as a Subaru goes, who takes those things off road anyway? Ha

Not at all. Most of those comments come from guys with +20" rims, stupid offset, and not a single skid plate. I love proving those guys wrong. These trucks are very capable and very practical, you don't need a 2500 on 40's. On 255's there isn't anywhere I want to go that I can't go. If you want to haul a house, you don't get a Tacoma and you don't lift a 3/4 or 1-ton.

Towing capacity sucks on the 4cyl. Payload could be worse. I mean my Grand Cherokee had more payload capacity but it was a 5-seater, so once it's full of people...You can see where I'm going with this. For a single cab with 1250-1350 payload, assuming 400lb of passengers (I have a 2 seater), I feel like I'd run out of bed space before I hit my payload capacity, especially since I have a toolbox. The biggest thing is that this truck works for ME. I'm in college and rarely go anywhere with anyone other than my girlfriend or one friend. We have a trailer and sidebyside but my brother has a V8 Dakota and my dad has an ecoboost F150. Mine hauls what I need it to.

Lmao ik. I'd be more upset if I wasn't built like I am. Weigh 170 right now, was around 180 when I was working out. I weigh a lot for my height.

Dude,as long as you’re ok with yourself, who give a flying F what other people think...... only weak people care what others think about them. Don’t be weak.

And just think, the CDC put out a report 2 weeks ago that the average American male is 5’9”, 200lbs with a 40 inch waist while the average female is 5’3”, 170lbs with a 38inch waist ..... just be glad you’re not one of those

True dat. It's been a struggle trying to feel okay with myself, having grown up in a state that is 1.1% Asian, and most of them living in the city portion, you get a lot of weird looks wherever you go. State is 94.8% white. And then to be a short Asian with diagnosed anxiety...eh it's not a good time.
