    That is probably true, every manual I ever drive I typically rev out a bit more. That probably comes from my motorcycle riding habits. Although, this is also why I am curious if I would like the 3rd gens even more. This motor has lots of power once you get to 3k+.

    This might sound crazy and maybe it is just my imagining it but it feels like my accelerator pedal has a soft resistance in it like it is slightly pushing back to keep me gently picking up speed but if i push just a little bit harder it really kicks in picking up good speed.
