Why is it “way better than any other electric type vehicle”?

Personally I am not looking to trade my Tacoma for anything in this current auto market. I like to read up on auto news and shared the Crown info as an option for TW members thinking about trading in on something else. The hybrid system and 21 inch wheels did catch my attention though.

Have you seen it? Probably just my opinion but for around the same money as a Tesla 3 for starters it looks like something I would actually be proud to own.

I was actually comparing it to the T3, saying better than any other electric vehicle is a reach at best. I haven't even looked at all the electric vehicles available so I stand to be corrected. But, have you seen the BMW I4? Man it is a great looking vehicle in my opinion. The T3 saving gas money etc etc and you have a get around town vehicle and all, "I get it." The BMW I4 and man...I could see myself waxing that car in the driveway on Sunday mornings.

I paid about $53k for my car in September of last year. I just spec'd out a similar i4 on the BMW website and it came out to $72k. I also don't think the i4 looks very good, but that's highly subjective.

Yes, in this day and age, the V6 Taco trucks are not for the faint of heart. I don't know what your life circumstance are like, but with any luck, the price of gas just might go back down to affordable rates sometime in the next year or two. Personally, I am not completely convinced (Maybe I am naïve), that electric technology is quite what it is cracked up to be.........at least not yet. But if you go for a Tesla, then good luck.

Have one of each and be very happy with your choices. Nice rims, no "curb rash"?
