Looks brutal to setup. But definitely gives you room to sleep!

If this was a desired outcome it would likely be cheaper to just unbolt the passenger seat and build a plywood platform to accomplish the same end for much less.

It honestly looks like a scratched to hell interior waiting to happen.

Biggest downside I see to removing the seat is that can’t really be done when road tripping with another person...

Road tripping with someone and having to set this thing up every night to sleep seems like a major pain in the ass anyway. But I see what you are saying. For all intents and purposes you could retain your seats, at the expense of having to set it up again and again. But I guess a tent, rtt, truck bed tent, any other sleeping setup isn’t much better.

From the thread title I thought that this was going to be something totally different.

The Hotel No Tell. Pay by the hour, yada yada.

Honestly, there's probably no way that you could have worded the title that I didn't think this.

I don't see this working well in a mid size truck. For a full size truck, I think this idea has potential.

I wouldn't trust the weight of me shifting around on the grab handles.

make more sense to make one for the bed of the truck … like tent .. I can see this ripping off that grab bar or damaging your seats. Bet u have to acknowledge a waiver before buying lol

    Stuff, things, this, an ADS
6’1” 210lbs. I’m not fitting and I’m damn sure not trusting 200+lbs on grap handles. But it’s a pretty cool idea though.

    Hi,

I just joined as a member, although I'd been reading and learning for a long time. The reason I joined today is because I feel compelled to warn Tacoma owners about Notel. I ordered the Notel system on April 28. They told me it would be delivered between 14 to 21 days. At the 30th day I contacted them via email (I had left several unanswered messages because they don't answer the phone) and had no response. I did this 3 more times to no avail. Two weeks ago I had to open a case with Paypal (if you are crazy enough to order it after you read this, do not use any other form of payment) and after 2 unanswered messages through them I had to escalate it to a claim. They just don't give a rat's. Now I understand they are an upstart and they could be behind in shipping but this is something else...They are happy to take your money and not answer for it. I have never, ever, come across anything like this in this Great Country of ours. If they are not just straight up petty thieves, then heir blatant disregard for people's plans in life (I had to postpone my cross country trip indefinitely) should be enough to dissuade you.
